Postings

Well... I decided to get a little more involved with my blog, even though I'm not sure anyone is reading. (Did I just hear crickets? It's eerily quiet all of a sudden.) Oh well... at least I'll get to practice my typing. So yeah... I'll be blogging on Tuesday's (because it's my day off) and Saturday's (just because).
Ooooh! And Halloween is coming! Whoo-hoo! I love Halloween. Not as much as Christmas, but it's such a cool holiday. That's the one day that I get to eat as much chocolate as I want and not feel bad. (Halloween Tip: Buy only the GOOD STUFF, and immediately hide some in your personal stash. Mm-hmm!)

I'll probably be posting some scary stories in October. Muah-ha-ha! Maybe some Hawaiian ghost stories?  We'll see.
Did I mention that I finished my next novel? Yep... If you liked In My Dreams, then you'll ♥ LOVE ♥ this one. It's pretty kick a$$! I'll be updating the progress.

Q. If you could change the ending of any book (or series), which book would you choose? And, why?

I would have to say the last book of Twilight... Breaking Dawn. I was a bit disappointed with the whole baby thing. I felt it killed the relationship between Edward and Bella. I thought he seemed more zombie than vampire during most of that book.   

And the imprinting thing... hmmmm?

Taking A Break!

Well... today is Sunday. The personal goal I've set for myself, to finish my next novel by September 1st, has been moved. I've been spending too much of my free time online trying to promote In My Dreams, which has been doing AWESOME, by the way!!! YIPPEE! I am SO PROUD! And, I think it can stand on its own for a little while. (Check it out! http://cameorenae.com)
So I've decided to take a week off and finish my next novel. I'm almost there. I can see that finish line! My problem... I get distracted WAY too easily. TV's on... I'll watch it. Radio... I'll sing along. Too often, I sit and stare either at my computer screen or into oblivion.
I'm going to focus, focus, focus! After I've had my second cup of coffee that is... and get 'er done!
So if you don't see me around, I've locked myself away. But I'll be back soon, with a sparkly new book, filled with adventure, suspense, and romance! Until then... adios amigos! Wish me luck!
